CeleritasCloud Announces new San Francisco Office

New Property Management Saas Establishes U.S. Headquarters; names Director of Global Business Development

RIVIERA NAYARIT, Mexico–(February 17, 2015) – CeleritasCloud, a Mexico-based developer of innovative property management systems, announced the opening of its San Francisco office and U.S. headquarters, responding to strong initial interest in its new cloud-based platform for the property administration industry. Together with the office opening, which is located at 380 Mission Street, CeleritasCloud also announced the appointment of Michael Viani as global Chief Business Development Officer.

“Our new San Francisco office will enable us to respond to the demand in the U.S. market for our new cloud and mobile solution, which is rapidly earning devoted clients,” states Hilda Camacho, CEO and technical founder of CeleritasCloud. “We are especially pleased that Michael Viani will be joining us to lead our business development efforts. With his experience, professionalism and deep roots in the San Francisco real estate community, he is the ideal person to respond to the initial interest in CeleritasCloud as it expands into the U.S. market.”
Mike Viani is a San Francisco Bay Area real estate broker and investor with broad connections across the region and asset classes. Licensed in CA since 1993, he is a business development and strategy professional with experience across several sectors, including technology, real estate, and banking (corporate and investment banking at Credit Suisse First Boston). Previously, he was a Consulting Venture Partner at NOMINUS Capital, providing professional services to seed and early stage growth companies. At CeleritasCloud, Viani will oversee all business development efforts, focusing initially on the San Francisco luxury property market.
The selection of San Francisco as the site of CeleritasCloud’s U.S. headquarters was strategic, due to the large potential of this market coupled with the support it received as part of its new relationship with LatinSF. LatinSF is a new economic development initiative with the goal of promoting business and trade between San Francisco and Latin America. It was created as a public-private partnership between the Mayor’s Office of Economic and Workforce Development (OEWD) and the San Francisco Center for Economic Development (SFCED). CeleritasCloud is a part of this program.
“While we understand that CeleritasCloud is a solution for the global property administration market, we decided to first focus on one major U.S., and San Francisco was the clear choice for us, given the large number of luxury residential properties, and the strong use and understanding of service-oriented technologies,” expressed Camacho. “We will look forward to expanding into additional markets as awareness and adaption of CeleritasCloud continues to grow.”
